**Summitara Events publishes MICE planning intelligence for micebali.com as general information only, not as a contract, quote, or professional advice. Every price is indicative and dated “as of 2026, subject to change.” Bookings are arranged via vetted licensed venues and suppliers by our operating partner, Bali Premium Trip. We are a concierge and broker, not the owner of any venue, hotel, or transport asset.**

This page sets out the terms on which you use this website and read anything on it. If any part of it is unclear, message us before you rely on a figure, an itinerary, or a capacity number in a real tender or budget.

Who publishes this site, and who runs the bookings?

The publisher entity behind micebali.com is Juara Holding Group. The brand “Summitara Events” is an editorial and concierge identity used to organise corporate-events intelligence for the Bali MICE corridor — the Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Ubud belt around Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) International Airport.

Reservations, contracting, and on-the-ground delivery are handled by our operating partner, Bali Premium Trip. When you book, you contract with the relevant licensed venue, hotel, ground-handler, or supplier — arranged via vetted licensed partners. Summitara Events is not the asset owner and does not hold your event risk. We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax, immigration, or customs adviser, and nothing here should be read as regulated advice in any of those fields.

Why are all your prices in Rupiah first?

Because Indonesian law requires it. Under Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015 (the Obligation to Use Rupiah), every cash and non-cash transaction settled inside Indonesia must be priced, quoted, invoiced, and contracted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any USD, EUR, or SGD number you see on this site is a clearly labelled “for reference only” conversion — never the contractual currency.

That is not a stylistic choice. According to Bank Indonesia’s enforcement framework as of 2026, breaches can draw written warnings, financial penalties up to IDR 1,000,000,000 (or 1% of transaction value for non-cash breaches), and — for refusing Rupiah cash — criminal exposure of up to 1 year in jail or IDR 200,000,000. So when we anchor a “100-pax corporate event in Bali” to a Rupiah figure and show a USD equivalent in brackets, treat the Rupiah as the real number and the USD as a rough guide only.

What you see What it means
IDR figure Indicative base price, the contractual currency, “as of 2026”
USD / EUR / SGD in brackets Reference-only conversion; not what you will be invoiced
“Indicative” / “from” Starting point before dates, headcount, season, and venue confirmation
“Subject to venue confirmation” Capacity and availability must be verified with the venue directly

How accurate are the figures and capacities?

They are honest estimates, not quotes. Prices, tax rates, exchange references, and venue capacities move constantly. Every number is date-stamped “as of 2026, subject to change” and should be re-verified close to the date you sign.

Capacity numbers for corridor anchor venues — for example the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC, roughly 2,500 theatre-style), the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, the Merusaka Nusa Dua ballrooms, and AYANA-cluster ballroom spaces — are stated as indicative and subject to venue confirmation. Room layouts, fire-code limits, and configuration by event type can change the real number materially. Always confirm the exact set-up capacity with the venue in writing before you commit it to an RFP response.

What outcomes can you actually promise?

None that depend on third parties. We do not guarantee availability, pricing hold, delegate visa approval, customs clearance of event gear, weather, traffic transfer times, or any specific business result from an event. Regulatory conditions in Bali are tightening through 2027 — including licensed-accommodation enforcement, the mandatory electronic tourist levy via the official Love Bali platform, certified-guide and licensed-transport rules under Governor Koster’s Circular Letter SE No. 7 of 2025, and single-use plastic bans at venues and offsites. We flag these so you can plan, but compliance sits with you, your delegates, and the licensed suppliers you contract.

Immigration and customs rules deserve special caution. Passport validity, blank-page requirements, visa-on-arrival or e-visa eligibility, cash-reporting thresholds under Law No. 8 of 2010 on Money Laundering (report to Customs at IDR 100,000,000 or more), and Bank Indonesia’s May 2026 tightening of undocumented cash foreign-currency purchases from USD 50,000 to USD 25,000 all change per nationality and per date. Verify each of these directly with an official source or the relevant licensed adviser close to contract signature. Nothing on this site replaces that check.

How do you handle my data and privacy?

We aim to comply with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 of 2022, UU PDP) and, for international visitors, we operate with awareness of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In plain terms:

  • We collect only what you send us — your name, company, contact details, and event brief — when you message us via WhatsApp or email.
  • We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare indicative proposals, and coordinate with vetted licensed venues and suppliers on your behalf.
  • We do not sell your data. We share it with a supplier only to the extent needed to quote or deliver your event.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent, by contacting us at the routes below.

If you are covered by GDPR, the same access, rectification, and erasure rights apply, and you may ask us how long we retain your enquiry.

Which links and figures are third-party?

Where we reference external platforms — the Love Bali levy portal (lovebali.baliprov.go.id), Bank Indonesia rules, the provincial conduct hotline (+62 81-287-590-999), or the U.S. Consular Agency Bali at Jimbaran Hub, Jl. Karangmas, Jimbaran, Badung 80361 — those are for your convenience and verification. We do not control their content and are not responsible for changes on their side. Always treat the official source as authoritative over anything summarised here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Juara Holding Group and Summitara Events are not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative figures, capacity estimates, itinerary samples, or regulatory summaries on this site, nor for the acts or omissions of independent licensed venues and suppliers you contract through us. Your binding terms are the ones in the signed contract with the relevant venue or supplier — not the marketing content here.

How do I reach a real person?

For quotes, corrections, or data requests, contact the Summitara Events concierge via WhatsApp at +62 811 2859 0000 or by email at sales@balipremiumtrip.com. We will confirm indicative figures in Rupiah and put you in touch with the vetted licensed partner best suited to your brief.
