What do Bali incentive trip packages cost per delegate in 2026?
**A Bali reward trip built through Summitara Events runs roughly IDR 6,500,000 to IDR 22,000,000 per delegate for a 3–5 night program, depending on theme, hotel tier and group size (as of 2026, subject to change). USD figures below are reference-only conversions; under Indonesian law every contract and invoice is settled in Rupiah.**
Summitara Events is the RFP-capture desk for corporate incentives in the Nusa Dua–Jimbaran–Ubud corridor. We do not own hotels or DMC transport — we arrange your program via vetted, licensed Bali venues and suppliers, and route your booking to the reservations team at Bali Premium Trip. Every price below is a planning band, not a quote; final numbers depend on dates, delegate count and confirmed availability.
Why is every price quoted in Rupiah?
Because Indonesian law requires it. Under Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015 (Obligation to Use Rupiah), every transaction settled inside Indonesia must be priced, quoted, invoiced and contracted in Indonesian Rupiah. Any USD, EUR or SGD figure may appear only as a clearly labelled “for reference only” conversion — never as the contractual currency. Bank Indonesia enforcement, as of 2026, can reach written warnings and financial penalties up to IDR 1,000,000,000 (or 1% of transaction value for non-cash breaches).
So when you see a per-delegate USD figure in any Bali proposal — ours or a competitor’s — treat it as an indication only. The signed agreement and the invoice your finance team pays will be in IDR. We build every price sheet that way from the start, which keeps your program clean to audit.
Which incentive trip theme fits your group?
Reward trips are not one product. The three themes below map to how most corporate buyers frame a Bali incentive: recognise top performers, build leadership cohesion, or reward with pure escape. Zones follow the corridor — Nusa Dua for scale and safety, Jimbaran for retreat-style overflow, Ubud for culture and wellness. Bali incentives sit only here on this site; Flores and Labuan Bajo incentive programs belong to our sibling desk at labuanbajoconference.
| Theme | Best zone | What anchors it | Per-delegate band (3–4 nights, as of 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cultural immersion | Ubud | Private temple blessing (licensed guide), gamelan dinner, artisan village, rice-terrace walk | IDR 8,500,000–14,000,000 (~USD 520–855, ref. only) |
| Wellness & leadership | Ubud / Jimbaran | Sunrise yoga, spa credits, healthy-cuisine dinners, facilitated offsite | IDR 9,500,000–16,000,000 (~USD 580–980, ref. only) |
| Adventure & bonding | Nusa Dua / Jimbaran | Watersports, catamaran sail, ATV or cycling, beach gala | IDR 7,500,000–13,500,000 (~USD 460–825, ref. only) |
| Premium mixed reward | Nusa Dua base | 5-star resort, gala at BNDCC-cluster venue, curated free-choice activities | IDR 15,000,000–22,000,000 (~USD 915–1,345, ref. only) |
Bands assume 30–80 pax, twin-share, mid-to-upper hotel tier, and include transfers, activities, most meals and a gala. Flights are excluded. Larger groups (100+) usually shift the per-head figure down 8–15% on economies of scale; single-supplement and peak-season dates push it up.
What does a sample incentive day plan look like?
Below is an indicative Day 2 for a 4-night “wellness & leadership” reward in the Ubud–Jimbaran band. It shows the rhythm we build into every itinerary: reward mornings, light-touch afternoons, a signature evening. All guides and transport are licensed, per Bali’s Governor Circular SE No. 7 of 2025.
| Time | Activity | Zone / notes |
|---|---|---|
| 06:30 | Sunrise yoga + breakfast | Ubud resort deck |
| 09:30 | Rice-terrace walk with certified guide | Tegallalang corridor |
| 12:30 | Farm-to-table lunch | Ubud (no single-use plastic — provincial ban) |
| 14:30 | Free choice: spa credit or artisan workshop | On-property / village |
| 17:00 | Transfer to Jimbaran (allow 90+ min; corridor traffic) | Licensed transport |
| 19:00 | Beach gala dinner + awards | Jimbaran Bay |
Two logistics notes worth putting in front of your delegates early. First, transfer times are a real constraint: land and sea connectivity upgrades run to 2030, so Ubud-to-Jimbaran can take well over an hour in peak flow — we pad every transfer. Second, the mandatory tourist levy must be paid electronically via the official Love Bali platform (lovebali.baliprov.go.id) before or on arrival; we brief every delegate list so no one is caught out.
What should delegate managers know before booking?
- Passports: at least six months’ validity beyond arrival and two blank pages. Visa-on-arrival or e-visa covers many nationalities, but rules must be checked per delegate nationality and verified close to contract signature.
- Entry point: all delegates arrive via Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) International Airport, the gateway to the corridor.
- Cash and FX: as of May 2026, Bank Indonesia tightened undocumented cash foreign-currency purchases from USD 50,000 to USD 25,000. Carrying cash or instruments worth IDR 100,000,000 or more in or out of Indonesia must be reported to Customs. Advise delegates to change money into IDR on arrival at licensed changers displaying official Bank Indonesia QR codes.
- Conduct: temple dress codes apply, single-use plastics are banned at venues, and tourists may not conduct business or work in Bali without official documentation — relevant if your incentive blends in a working session.
How does booking an incentive trip work?
- Send the brief. Tell us group size, target dates, budget band and the theme you’re leaning toward. A one-line message on WhatsApp is enough to start.
- Receive a shortlist. Within about two business days we return a themed shortlist with indicative IDR per-delegate pricing and two or three venue/zone options, capacities stated as subject to venue confirmation.
- Refine and site-check. We lock the itinerary, confirm licensed guides and transport, and arrange a site inspection or virtual walkthrough where useful.
- Contract in IDR. Bali Premium Trip’s reservations team issues the agreement and invoice in Rupiah, with any USD figure marked reference-only, per BI Regulation 17/3/PBI/2015.
- Deliver and reconcile. Program runs with on-ground coordination; you receive a clean, IDR-based reconciliation for finance.
