Nusa Dua MICE Packages: Venues & IDR Pricing

Nusa Dua MICE Packages

**Nusa Dua is Bali’s purpose-built conference zone: a gated ITDC resort cluster where large corporate events run smoothest. Expect full-day meeting packages from roughly IDR 750,000 per delegate at 4-star resorts up to IDR 1,600,000+ at 5-star ballrooms, with the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) and BICC at The Westin anchoring conferences of 500 to 2,500-plus. All figures as of 2026, subject to change.**

Summitara Events arranges Nusa Dua programs via vetted venues and licensed suppliers inside the ITDC enclave. We are not the asset owner; we assemble, quote and route your event to Bali Premium Trip’s reservations team for contracting. Prices below are indicative planning bands in Indonesian Rupiah, the only currency any Bali venue may legally contract in.

Why do corporate planners default to Nusa Dua?

Nusa Dua (formally the ITDC / Nusa Dua enclave in the Nusa Dua-Jimbaran-Ubud corridor) was master-planned as an integrated tourism zone, which is exactly why it wins RFPs for large-format events. The resorts sit within a walled, security-managed estate, so 800 delegates can move between hotel, plenary hall and gala dinner without touching Bali’s wider traffic. That matters more each year: per provincial and industry sources, land and sea connectivity upgrades to ease congestion run to 2030, so transfer time stays a real constraint outside the enclave.

Three structural strengths keep high-value corporate and association activity concentrated here:

  • Anchor convention capacity. BNDCC and the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) at The Westin can absorb plenaries that no single Jimbaran or Ubud ballroom matches.
  • Cluster density. Fifteen-plus international-brand resorts share the estate, so a 1,200-pax conference can split delegates across two or three hotels a short shuttle apart.
  • Overflow logic. Jimbaran absorbs retreat and incentive overflow; Ubud anchors wellness and leadership retreats. Nusa Dua remains the safest base for the main conference.

Which Nusa Dua venues fit my headcount?

Capacities below are indicative, theatre-style unless noted, and always subject to venue confirmation at contract. We reference these venues honestly as vetted partners, not owned assets.

Venue (Nusa Dua / ITDC) Indicative theatre capacity Typical fit
Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) ~2,500 (grand ballroom), modular halls Large conferences, exhibitions, conventions
BICC at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua ~2,000 across linked halls Association congresses, product launches
Merusaka Nusa Dua ballrooms ~1,000 pillarless ballroom Corporate AGMs, gala dinners, awards
AYANA-cluster ballroom spaces ~800 to 1,200 (venue-dependent) Incentive galas, leadership summits
Resort junior ballrooms (4-5 star) ~150 to 400 Breakouts, board sessions, workshops

For plenaries above 2,500, planners typically pair BNDCC’s grand ballroom with a linked exhibition hall or split sessions across BNDCC and BICC. We size the room block and venue combination against your final agenda before quoting.

What do Nusa Dua MICE packages actually cost?

The bands below are per-delegate, full-day meeting package (DDR-style: main meeting room, two coffee breaks, working lunch, standard AV) at Nusa Dua resorts as of 2026. Rupiah is the contract currency under Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015; any USD figure here is reference-only and never the invoiced amount.

Package tier Venue grade Full-day per delegate (IDR) USD reference only Includes
Essential 4-star ITDC resort IDR 750,000 – 1,000,000 ~USD 46 – 61 Meeting room, 2 breaks, buffet lunch, basic AV
Signature 5-star resort ballroom IDR 1,100,000 – 1,600,000 ~USD 67 – 98 Upgraded catering, enhanced AV, dedicated coordinator
Convention BNDCC / BICC anchor From IDR 1,800,000 From ~USD 110 Convention hall, staging, exhibition option, tech crew
Incentive add-on Corridor-wide IDR 850,000 – 2,500,000 / pax / day ~USD 52 – 153 Gala dinner, cultural offsite, licensed transport

Multi-day conferences, exclusive full-buyout of a ballroom, custom staging and premium F&B move the final quote. USD/EUR/SGD may appear on your proposal only as a clearly labelled reference conversion; the signed contract, invoice and every internal price sheet must be denominated in IDR.

Sample 3-day Nusa Dua incentive shape

  • Day 1: Arrival via Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) International Airport, licensed transfers into the enclave, welcome reception at a resort ballroom.
  • Day 2: Full-day conference at BNDCC or BICC, afternoon team activity, gala dinner (single-use plastics banned at venues and offsites under Bali’s 2025 conduct rules).
  • Day 3: Half-day workshop plus a certified-guide cultural offsite, then departure. Bali incentives live only on this site; Flores and Labuan Bajo incentives sit with labuanbajoconference.

How does booking a Nusa Dua package work?

  1. Send the RFP. Share headcount, dates, plenary vs breakout mix and budget ceiling in IDR. Message the concierge on WhatsApp 6281128590000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com.
  2. Zone and venue shortlist. We map your headcount to BNDCC, BICC, Merusaka, AYANA-cluster or resort ballrooms and confirm live availability with venue partners.
  3. IDR proposal. You receive a Rupiah-denominated package quote (USD reference only), room-block options and an outline agenda, date-stamped.
  4. Site inspection. Optional pre-contract walkthrough of shortlisted halls and resorts inside the enclave.
  5. Contract and deposit. Bali Premium Trip’s reservations team handles the agreement, invoiced in IDR per Indonesian currency law.
  6. Delivery. On-ground coordination through licensed guides, licensed transport and legally licensed accommodation, per Governor Koster’s Circular Letter SE No. 7 of 2025.

What compliance points shape a Nusa Dua program?

A few rules materially affect planning, and honest DMC framing means flagging them early rather than at invoice.

  • Rupiah pricing is mandatory. Every quote, invoice and contract is in IDR. Non-compliance can draw penalties up to IDR 1,000,000,000, so treat any foreign-currency figure as reference only.
  • Delegate cash and FX. Since May 2026, Bank Indonesia tightened undocumented cash foreign-currency purchases to USD 25,000. Anyone carrying IDR 100,000,000 or more (or equivalent) in or out of Indonesia must declare to Customs and Excise. Advise delegates to exchange into IDR on arrival at licensed money changers showing official Bank Indonesia QR codes.
  • Tourist levy and conduct. Foreign delegates pay the mandatory levy electronically via the official Love Bali platform (lovebali.baliprov.go.id). Temple and public-space dress codes apply; violations can be reported to the provincial hotline +62 81-287-590-999.
  • Entry documents. Passports need at least six months’ validity beyond arrival and two blank pages; visa-on-arrival or e-visa rules must be checked per delegate nationality close to contract signature. The U.S. Consular Agency Bali sits at Jimbaran Hub, Jl. Karangmas, Jimbaran, Badung 80361.
  • 2027 watch items. Bali’s waste-to-energy plant is targeted for late-2027 completion under the garbage-free-by-2028 push; enforcement on unlicensed accommodation is tightening. We contract only legally licensed venues.
